Slamhammer Roadcase Company has been providing custom casing solutions since 1998. Over the years, we’ve partnered with a wide range of clients—from touring musicians and live production companies to collegiate athletic programs, medical device manufacturers, and beyond. If it needs to travel safely, we’ve got you covered.
Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in the live production industry. We’ve worked directly with road cases in real-world environments—on tours, in venues, and in demanding production settings. That experience has given us the kind of tacit knowledge you can’t learn from a spec sheet alone: we know what works, what doesn’t, and why it matters when your gear is on the move.

RoadCases
Slamhammer Roadcases are ATA style cases which are constructed of phenolic coated birch plywood. Our products feature heavy duty recessed spring handles and twist latches, full-bearing swivel casters, heavy duty ball corners, and riveted reinforced aluminum extrusion. We provide custom foam cutting and high density foam installations to keep your gear safe.
Over the years we have built nearly every style of case in the game. Whether you are looking for a console case, an amp rack, a workbox, a case over for a cab or monitor, or a utility trunk… you name it we’ve built it! In addition to industry standard cases, we are all about those custom solutions for the client who may not know what specific case type they need, but know exactly what gear they need protected.
Crates
Slamhammer Shipping Crates are rugged, dependable transport solutions built from CDX plywood panels and reinforced with premium lumber bracing. Each crate is engineered for real-world abuse, featuring durable OSB flooring, custom-built pallets or skid mates for the base, surface-mounted locking latches, and heavy-duty spring handles for reliable handling. We offer fully custom interior builds with a wide range of foam options to ensure your products stay protected from the inside out. For international shipments, we are an IPPC certified facility and do offer ISPM-15 stamping on our shipping crates.
Whether you need a crate for medical devices, machinery, electronics, instruments, oversized components, or sensitive equipment—you name it, we’ve got you covered. From rudimentary builds to highly customized solutions, we specialize in outfitting customers who may not know the exact crate style they need but know their gear deserves to arrive safely and securely.
